This role encompasses three key areas: Events & Local Development, Campaigns, and Brand Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing events, and running targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and execute a marketing programme to build awareness and drive footfall through frequent events, working closely with local organisations.
2. Support or lead the planning, execution, and communication strategy for customer events across multiple facilities.
3. Attract and retain members through creative content and tailored marketing campaigns.
4. Work with the paid media executive to align organic content with paid campaigns to drive enquiries and revenue.
Although marine knowledge/experience is not essential, an interest would be an advantage. The role is primarily based in the Southampton area.
