Main duties of the job Working in collaboration with others, key targets for the postholder will be to play an active role meeting key performance targets for the trust and ensuring patients have a smooth pathway through the services. This role is a key member of the Directorate's management team, working towards the achievement of key patient access targets for the Directorate. Work will focus on ensuring the flow of patients into available clinics and theatre slots, dealing with peaks in activity, ensuring the ratio of new and follow up clinic slots is appropriate to meet demand.
