IT Data / CRM & Support Specialist, Charity c£27k
A great opportunity exists for an IT professional with strong CRM support and data experience to join the team at this global Christian Charity as their specialist/go to technical advisor for their supporter management systems / CRM, acting as the technical bridge between the Supporter Relations (SRM) team and IT teams, as well as playing an important day-to-day part in communications with the charity’s supporter network. In addition to your supporter relationship responsibilities, you will be the first point of call for software, hardware and user error IT issues that come up in Supporter Relations and work with the IT Team for more complex issues. Alongside the Team Leader, you will also develop processes to measure, monitor, analyse statistics and evaluate the work of the team and the level and appropriateness of the service experienced by our supporters, with accountability for ensuring data is recorded, reported and used to keep track of the number and types of calls and emails made and received within the team. As a member of the SRM team, you will be responsible for forging deep, long-lasting relationships with supporters across the UK and Ireland in several different ways. The primary communication channels are through the phone (making outbound calls and taking inbound calls), responding to enquiries that come in via email and social networks. There is also the opportunity to develop relationships face-to-face at events and summer festivals. This role demands outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as technical know-how, the ability to engage people from a variety of backgrounds, a keen eye for detail, strong IT skills around O365 and CRM and the ability to remain organised and administratively tight in a busy environment.
The role is a hybrid remote working / office-based with the ability to visit their offices for a minimum of 2 days a week in south east England and offers a salary up to just over £27,000 + a great benefits package. The charity is a Christian organisation, based upon those principles and there is a GOR under the Equality Act 2010 for post holders to have an active and practising Christian Faith and to support those values, mission and principles of the charity.
