Job Advert: Night Shift Labourer – Heathrow

* Shift Hours: 8:30 PM – 4:30 AM (8 hours paid)
* Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour (PAYE Umbrella, flat rate)
We are looking for a Night Shift Labourer for a short-term role at Heathrow. If you prove yourself as hard-working and reliable, there’s a chance for this job to turn into a permanent position.
Key Duties:
* Helping with general site tasks.
* Moving materials and equipment.
* Keeping the site clean and safe.
* Following health and safety rules.
* Assisting tradespeople with manual tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card (essential).
* 5-Point PPE: Safety boots, hard hat, gloves, glasses, and high-visibility vest (must bring your own).
* Manual Handling Ticket (preferred but not essential).
Important Information About Work History:
For this 2-week job, you don’t need to provide a detailed work history. However, if you’re interested in becoming permanent at Heathrow, you’ll need to meet their security rules:
* Provide details of what you’ve been doing for the last 5 years, whether it’s work, education, unemployment, or travel.
* Any gaps over 28 days will need to be explained and supported with evidence.

What is PAYE Umbrella?
PAYE Umbrella means you are employed by an umbrella company for payroll. This includes:
* Employer costs like National Insurance, holiday pay, and sick pay being deducted from your gross pay before you’re paid.
* Taxes being handled automatically, so you get a regular payslip like a regular job.
* A weekly fee of £16.50 is included in your overall pay rate.
