We are seeking a dynamic and pupil-centred Careers specialist to develop and maintain an exceptional programme of Careers education and guidance throughout the School, guiding and advising girls on all matters relating to Careers. The Head of Careers will work collaboratively with the Deputy Head (Academic) and proactively contribute to our vision to be a leader in girls’ boarding education and a world class school with a Careers provision that is recognised as exceptional. This is a new role which presents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build on our current provision to develop a world class career department at Wycombe Abbey.
