About the role The HR Business Partner will provide advice and support to the business on a range of operational people activities, as well as working closely with the HR Manager to deliver on people initiatives aimed at making our business an even better place to work for our employees. The role covers the UK and Ireland Teams across both Sales and Service and the Safety Division and will adopt a business partnering approach, by proactively working with key stakeholders on all people related matters. The role will aim to ensure the highest standards are achieved across the whole employee life cycle for all our people and will lead by example on the Draeger values. Specific duties include: With the support of the wider HR team, provide an advisory service to the business on all people related matters including the correct application of people policies and procedures. Manage complex employee relations cases, minimizing risk to our business through sound knowledge and application of current employment law. Manage day to day operational HR process covering the whole employee life cycle. Support strategic HR projects on a local and global basis and lead on individual HR projects. Manage the Employee Engagement survey at local level and develop action plans with the wider business to continually drive improvement in our results. Advising on and supporting key talent acquisition activity and internal moves whilst supporting the overall recruitment and onboarding process where required. Support the delivery of progressive people leadership practices to enhance employee engagement across the organisation, supporting organisational cultural development. Demonstrate a continuous improvement approach, implementing improvements to ways of working wherever possible within our HR Team. Support Company aspirations in relation to diversity and inclusion - ensuring we have an inclusive environment where our people can bring their true selves to work. Support the Learning and Development Specialists, HR team and wider business to implement and maintain a strong focus on Learning and Development, creating an environment where our people and teams can reach their potential. Shape and influence the achievement of a high performing company culture. Cover the HR Manager in the event of any absences/holidays. This role is ideal for someone who is a HR advisor or Senior HR advisor looking to move into a HR Business Partner role.
