Starting salary negotiable with the potential of an additional payment of up to 10% for an exceptional candidate. A relocation package will also be considered, where applicable.
Rochdale Pupil Referral Service works in partnership with the Local Authority. Children accessing Rochdale PRS range across all key stages.
The Management Committee is looking to appoint a Headteacher who is passionate, enthusiastic, and dynamic, with exemplary leadership skills who can work as part of the team, always putting children at the centre of what they do.
We would particularly welcome applicants who have experience of leading within a PRS setting. This candidate would need to demonstrate:
1. Exceptional resilience and flexibility
2. High quality interpersonal skills
3. The ability to build on established relationships with parents, staff, Management Committee members, and partners
4. To champion and act as an advocate for vulnerable children, young people, and their families
They would be expected to be capable of delivering the strategic development of the PRS through their own vision, being innovative to future-proof the provision in collaboration with the Local Authority.
