With well over 100 in operation, they have been fuelling growth across Ireland & further afield, with an established network of stores across the country. As they continue to evolve, they require an ambitious Project Manager to become an essential part of the fabric of their local workforce, managing Fit-Out projects from both an operational and design perspective. Your new role As Project Manager within this specialist, client side team - you'll provide essential support to the Project Management lead whilst overseeing new store openings, refurbishments and revamps across the organisation's portfolio - handling works from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Duties will include, but aren't limited to; Manage End-to-End Projects: Support the full lifecycle of retail projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery. Budgeting & Forecasting: Accurately forecast, budget, and manage project expenditure to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Ensure Compliance: Ensure all developments comply with legislative, regulatory, and best practice standards. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal colleagues, including the business development team, to support the development of new sites and store conversions. Cultivate Relationships: Build positive relationships with external clients and project partners, ensuring clear communication and timely updates. Manage Site Activities: Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, and other professionals to ensure smooth on-site operations and the highest standards of execution. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency. What you'll need to succeed You'll come from a Construction / Built Environment / Architectural Technology 3rd level degree background, with 2-3 years experience working within a CAD Technician / Design / Project Management function for either consultancy or contractor, ideally with a specific know-how in the fit-out sector. Ideally you'll have worked on projects in excess of £1million, with the workload in this role often rising to £5million. You'll be proficient in the use of AutoCAD software and have a strong understanding of commercial objectives, and ensuring works are on budget and to programme. You'll be a strong multi-tasker, with abilities in MS Projects / MS Office Suite. You'll have experience in leading teams, or coordinating teams of 3rd party consultants / trades / suplliers. The starting salary for this position ranges from £32-38k but is open to negotiation & depending on experience. There is a wider package / benefits list that will be released through the process, and of particular note is the highly flexible working patterns associated with it - with there being likely 2-3 days working from home, although you will manage your own diary & it's expected there will be high levels of site visits as part of this job.
