We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years post-qualifying experience, demonstrating great practice and leadership skills, likely in a senior practitioner or Room Leader role.
About the role:
This is a maternity cover position, likely to last 9 months. You will proactively support the performance and quality of your area, ensuring high standards of care that help young children develop and provide essential support to parents.
You will support the Pre-School Room Manager in developing the staff team and valuing them as individuals.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting the Manager in leading and managing the staff team in day-to-day operations.
2. Proactively developing employees to meet their full potential through training, coaching, and encouragement.
3. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality practice.
4. Promoting Red Bus policies and procedures, influencing their effective implementation.
5. Ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all children, employees, and visitors.
