Hamilton - Manager - Administration Stephen, our Site Director at Hamilton Motorway Services on the M74, near Glasgow is looking for an experienced Office Manager to run our admin & cash office. You will be leading a team which will require you have a number of key skills and are fully flexible with your working patterns. You will be required to work 5 out 7 days which may include weekends and bank holidays. Key skills include: Excel skills, experience using Sap and if possible Clikview. B2B invoice systems, period end journals. Ordering systems plus supporting our brand systems and processes. Stock taking, supporting the managers with repairs and maintenance processes.
