Job Description
As a Customer Experience Advisor you will be working with customers providing support and guidance in relation to their health care services they have with the business.
The role will be mainly corresponding with customers over the telephone handling a variety of queries and ensuring customer satisfaction rates are at the highest and each query is resolved quickly and efficiently.
