To enhance the delivery of professional Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and therapy services within Millie College. This includes supporting the implementation of behaviour training, assisting the PBS/MDT lead in developing strategies to support behaviours of concern, and coordinating therapy services to ensure smooth and effective student support. The role is key in fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
1. Positive Behaviour Support: Assist the PBS/MDT lead in developing, implementing, and reviewing positive behaviour strategies, guidelines, and interventions for students.
2. Training and Development: Support the organisation and documentation of Behaviour training and contribute to the development of college-wide behaviour protocols.
3. Student Assessment: Help gather and manage information for multi-disciplinary reviews, ensuring accurate and effective assessment of students.
4. Therapeutic Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external therapy providers, handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments.
5. Team Collaboration: Work alongside staff to model and implement effective interventions for behaviour management and emotional regulation.
6. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, prepare materials, and support the administration of behaviour support strategies and therapeutic interventions.

1. Qualifications: A good general education and a commitment to completing Behaviour related training.
2. Knowledge: Understanding of positive behaviour support, safeguarding, and the role of multi-disciplinary teams.
