Health Charity - Market Research Fixed Term Contract - February 2025 - April 2026 Senior Quantitative Research Associate (Research Manager equivalent) £40,000 - £46,500 Must be UK based. Oxford based office but no requirement to travel. We are working with a charity with an international reputation in public health and social care. Their mission is to make person-centered health and social care a reality for everyone. They develop and run surveys for a wide range of public and private healthcare organisations, as well as national bodies, voluntary sector organisations and international healthcare providers. They conduct primary research using qualitative and quantitative social research methods to investigate issues related to people’s experiences of care and organisations’ efforts to improve services. This role would suit a quantitative researcher from a research agency, civil service or charity research team, with 4 years of experience. Role details: Leading on specific survey and questionnaire research projects, including the design and testing of survey methods and questions. Running and delivering large scale national quantitative surveys. Some elements of qualitative research (however quant leaning). Project management of the survey process and cleaning the data. Client facing role. Produce written and numeric outputs such as research reports. Assisting on writing proposals, tenders and quotations. Line management of Research Associates. Experienced within the charity sector and or public health is desired but not essential - a great opportunity to move to a charity Quantitative and survey market research experience is essential.
