HR Administrator (part time) Reporting to: HR Manager Europe West We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Administrator to join our team and provide vital support in various HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in HR administration. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. Principal tasks: These are covered by but not limited to the items listed below. The incumbent is expected to take whatever action is appropriate to get the job done and to establish and maintain close and regular personal communications with all the people and systems considered necessary in order to execute the tasks. Key Responsibilities : Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates. Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures. Maintain and update employee records on HR databases (both digital and paper). Assist in preparing HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance appraisals. Handle HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying information and liaise closely with the internal payroll contacts. Work closely with the local business controllers on any UK items such as P11D, reporting, payroll queries etc. Ensure accurate reporting of headcount and sickness days on the Epiroc Global systems. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive employee and company information. Help with employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Any other adhoc or required tasks. Essential Experience: Excellent written and verbally communication skills to align with the company’s core value of collaboration. Experience as a HR administrator Good knowledge of the labour law Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Has excellent interpersonal skills, high level or accuracy and attention to detail.
