Overview:
As Customer Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will also be expected to highlight sales opportunities and upsell products to maximise business outcomes.
Key objectives:
1. Commitment to delivering an unrivalled level of Customer Service - ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and a positive customer experience.
2. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requirements.
3. Prioritise and plan workload effectively with the ability to process data in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Effectively create and manage lead activities within the CRM system, ensuring an efficient and organised handling of the process.
5. Manage issues or potential conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Experience:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Proficient IT skills and experience in using computerised systems (MS office–including intermediate Excel skills).
3. Minimum of two years’ experience, gained within administration / customer service role.
4. Previous experience within the training/competency sector would be beneficial.
5. Customer focused, enthusiastic and confident interacting.
6. Problem solving and analytical skills.
7. Accuracy and attention to detail.
8. Resilient, adaptable and able to work both collaboratively and independently.
