Please note, Subcontractor experience is required Benefits: Free onsite gym Free parking on at head office Discretionary bonus scheme payable twice annual Pension contribution Opportunity to purchase additional annual leave Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the overall daily management of the subcontractors email inbox Deal with supplier issues and complex queries Manage own key Subcontractor Supplier’s while having attention to detail making sure the applications are reconciled correctly against the purchase order while applying the correct rate of CIS Approval of invoices/applications Support in the preparation of weekly BACS payment runs for review and ad hoc faster payments to ensure subcontractor suppliers are paid Responsibility for all remittances and CIS statements have been issued Statement reconciliation and missing invoices requested Person Specification: Strong Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant experience Previous experience SAGE 200 (desirable) Construction / CIS experience (desirable) Strong computer skills including MS Excel (VLOOKUPS & Pivot Tables) Good interpersonal skills This is a full time, office-based position (LS25) on a permanent basis.
