We are looking for the right people to join our team of Attendants providing support services to the University Library. You must be well motivated to meet the varying requirements of this post which include user support, security, working with collections and other duties.
Good communication and teamwork skills as well as customer service experience are essential attributes. You must have a basic knowledge of IT and a current and valid full category B United Kingdom driving licence is essential. A uniform will be supplied and worn, and you will be required to undertake regular training/staff development.
You will work predominantly Monday to Friday. You will work 36.25 hours on a rotating shift pattern providing cover between 7.00am and 2.30am during term time. Shifts worked between 10.00pm and 2.15am will be appropriately remunerated.
This post will be based in the Main Library.
