The role requires you to work from the Woking office once a week.

Your key responsibilities as a Junior Client Success Manager will include:
* Accompanying our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products.
* Focusing on customer loyalty and building close long-term relationships.
* Proactively looking out for our customers’ business, suggesting new and innovative ways to keep them succeeding with our products.
* Keeping up to date with our range of products and our customers’ business needs to make relevant suggestions and recommendations.
* Monitoring and ensuring our customers consistently use our products and services to get the most value out of them.
* Coordinating with internal teams to connect our customers’ needs with our products and services development strategy.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Junior Client Success Manager:
* You have a keen interest in the fund industry.
* You have worked within, or completed a graduate placement at a financial organization.
* You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* You have the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
* You have some analytical experience and proficiency in Excel.
