We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to oversee and manage the service desk team based out of MOD Corsham, Wiltshire with flexible working from home available. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the service desk team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently
* Coordinating and implementing process improvements to enhance service delivery andteam productivity
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and security requirements
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to inform decision-making and drive process enhancements
