Leading soft facilities company based near Woking is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator for an initial 3 month temporary project with a view to moving to a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience of collating information using MS Excel and entering responses onto the companies HR system. The information will be gained from current employees and line managers, this role will also involve the data entry of payroll information i.e. new users, time-sheets and changes of manager authorisation. Requirements Demonstrable experience of fast and accurate data entry skills Exceptional attention to detail Good IT systems experience Strong MS Excel including producing reports Experience of any CMS (training will be provided) Excellent communication skills Database cleansing Payroll administration, although not essential This is a full time position, with a hybrid option after training, leading to 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. The company has parking facilities alternatively close to public transport.
