Director | Lead Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Engineering
A supplier of Engineering equipment is seeking a Tendering Engineer / Bid Writer to join their growing team. This is a new role and will support the companies' growth plans for 2025. Ideally, you will have experience within the construction, civils or water sectors.
Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the entire tender process from start to finish.
* Coordinate with various departments to gather all necessary documentation and information for tender submissions.
* Analyze requirements, prepare compliance checklists, and ensure all requirements are met.
* Develop and manage tender schedules, ensuring timely submissions.
* Review and analyze tender documentation and contract conditions.
* Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Prepare and present tender proposals to senior management.
* Maintain records of all tender documentation and correspondence.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
* Qualifications in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in tender/ bid / proposal management or a related role.
* Strong understanding of contract law and tendering procedures.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
