Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator for their site in Grays, Essex. Our client is a long established operator in the Fire Proofing industry. They are now looking for a Sales Adminstrator to join their team. Duties and role: To deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external customers over the phone, via email or in person. Be able to respond to customer requests efficiently. To learn all aspects of the sales role, to include but not exclusively; processing sales orders, answering general queries, delivery issues, invoicing. Liaise with teammates in other departments. Work in a safe manner, co-operating with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures. Contribute to a positive team environment. Have a background in a busy customer service environment Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Positive 'cando’ attitude Fluent in English (written and oral) Working hours 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday (fully office based)
