As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team with all aspects of administration. You will be the first point of contact for staff and clients and will ensure smooth and efficient handling of bookings and related administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Booking Coordination - first point of contact for customer bookings via phone, email, and online platforms. Ensure all booking details are recorded accurately. Customer Service - provide exceptional service by answering client queries, addressing booking issues, and ensuring all concerns are handled professionally. Data Entry - enter and update booking information into our system, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Scheduling - coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure availability and confirm bookings according to customer preferences. Administrative Support - provide general administrative support to the team, including maintaining files, processing documentation, and handling correspondence. Qualifications - proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in bookings or recruitment. Key Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
