Are you a skilled professional with a strong grasp of property law and exceptional organisational skills? I'm looking for a Legal Administration Manager to oversee legal aspects of my client's property management operations.
Key Objectives:
1. Manage portfolio administration and ensure accuracy.
2. Drive service excellence and smooth operations.
3. Oversee Feefo reviews and compile monthly performance statistics.
4. Support systems requirements and portal management.
Core Responsibilities:
5. Supervise licenses, alterations, and sublets.
6. Respond to Starcrest queries and freehold purchase quotes.
7. Collaborate with property managers and leasing agents.
8. Serve as Company Secretary for applicable sites.
9. Maintain company records and process statutory filings.
10. Handle Seller's Packs, freehold purchases, and lease extensions.
Administrative & Compliance Tasks:
11. Respond to admin emails within three working days.
12. Obtain Feefo and Google reviews per company goals.
13. Organise training courses and team-building events.
14. Ensure legal compliance and stay updated on property law.
Technical Skills & Personal Effectiveness:
15. Proficient in QUBE system, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
16. Strong communication and organisational skills.
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
18. Adaptable to changing requirements and willing to participate in training.
