We are currently looking for a part timeFulfilment Co-ordinator this will be working 22.5 hours a week to join our friendlyteam in Bawtry on a 6month fixed term contract. Main Responsibilities On a day to day basis, the Fulfilment Coordinator 's duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following: Ensure 100% adherence to all Transport legislation and Safety protocols understanding safety starts withme Ensure all policies, processes and tools are utilised to make sure customer deliveries are executed with a high levelof accuracy and within service levelagreements. Analyse network performance identifying opportunities for continuous improvement with a focus on maximisingprofits and reducing costs including no showfines To handle the throughput of inbound calls ensuring all calls are dealt with in line withSLA. To utilise SAP and any telematics software for inbound queries, ensuring clear and precise updates and resolutionsare provided to relevantstakeholders To escalate issues and communicate outcomes where appropriate, implementing recommendations to avoidrecurrence. To handle all bookings, cancellations & waiting time notifications, ensuring customers and appropriate stakeholdersreceive communications of deliverychanges. To monitor high- risk customers ensuring action is taken whereappropriate. To handle incoming complaints, taking appropriate action toresolve.
