I am currently working with a leading Investment Solutions Manager who is looking to add a Business Development Manager to the team. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with your Business Partner to provide ongoing support, assistance, and exceptional customer service for the clients. Working with your Business Partner to build and deliver the business plan for the region. Promote and fundraise the Investment range of offerings. Conduct face-to-face meetings, host training events such as workshops, and execute any initiatives agreed upon with the Head of Business Development. Handle incoming queries (in meetings, on phone calls, or via email) from financial intermediaries. Attend and speak at roadshows/events and act as an ambassador. Gather feedback via the adviser market to help develop new products and sales & marketing campaigns. Working closely with the Investor Services function and Marketing team to facilitate the best support possible for the financial advisers. Experience Required: At least 5 years of previous experience in sales and marketing of investment products. Proven record of working with tax-efficient products. Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills. High-quality consultative sales skills. Ability to build and grow own bank of clients. Deliver exceptional customer service. Motivation to excel in a sales-based environment whilst maintaining high levels of client service. Experience in using CRM systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
