Vehicle Leasing Account Manager Required in Eastbourne, East Sussex
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Uncapped Commission – OTE £58,000+
Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours per week)
1 in 8 Saturdays: 09:00 – 13:00 (with Thursday afternoon off in the same week)

Due to increasing demand, they are seeking an experienced Vehicle Leasing Account Manager to join their growing team in Eastbourne.

Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
Handle inbound enquiries from comparison sites, brokers, and dealers
Provide expert advice on leasing options and vehicle choices
Tailor finance solutions to meet client needs
Manage customer accounts using bespoke CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering outstanding serviceWhat Our Client Expects from their Vehicle Leasing Account Manager:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Experience in the automotive, vehicle leasing, or broker industry (preferred but not essential)
