Intellectual Property Litigation Senior Associate - International Firm - Birmingham
Brief:
* Our client, a market leading international law firm, is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their Tier 1 ranked Intellectual Property Disputes team. The successful candidate will be based in their Birmingham office. Hybrid working arrangements are in place.
Role and Requirements:
* We are seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) Disputes lawyer who has 4+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm. The practice is highly ranked in the Legal 500 for IP and recognised in many of the leading Directories. The team advises on all types of IP disputes, with particular experience in disputes involving new and emerging technologies.
* As a Senior Associate within the IP team, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of matters whilst leading teams of more junior colleagues, in all stages of IP litigation. You will also participate in and lead business development activities. Whilst the role is predominantly litigation focused, there are elements of non-contentious IP work.
* The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IP litigation, particularly patent, copyright and technology litigation. Experience in trademark and/or design right litigation is valuable, but not essential.
Salary and Benefits:
* £72,000+
