PRS Jobs are seeking to recruit for a Facilities Co-ordinator based in Leeds. The role currently runs to end of June 2025 with the potential to become permanent. Candidates must be willing to travel to Heathrow Airport site one day a month. If possible our client would prefer hybrid work for the successful candidate to work 3 days in the office based in Leeds. Paying £30k p.a., Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.\n \nPurpose of The Job:\nTo manage and coordinate the efficient and effective delivery of FM services through internal resource and the use of supply chain partners, to ensure that an exemplary customer-facing and facilities management service is provided.\nTo offer support and guidance to ensure that workflow is delivered effectively so that the site team achieves their full potential.\nTo oversee the site WIP and associated debt to ensure operational delivery meets and exceeds the local client’s expectations.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\nOverseeing the operational management of the FM support services (including M&E maintenance, fabric maintenance, cleaning, vending and pest control).\nSupporting the internal and external supplier teams, ensuring quality of services provided are continually improved and exceed customer expectations.\nDelivering FM service and supporting and coordinating with the client in services that contracted directly to client.\nCoordination of day-to-day operational activities of the contracted supply chain partners and ensure all are performing and delivering the service to the best standard.\nCoordination of day-to-day operational activities of the client site engineers.\nEnsuring the value for money is achieved through robust management of suppliers.\nRaising and receipting of PO’s on the company's finance portal.\nRun, review and drive clearance of any aged WIP on a weekly basis.\nRun, review and drive clearance of any aged OPO on a weekly basis.\nRun, review and drive clearance of any aged Debt on a weekly basis.\nManagement and ownership of company tasks on client systems service insight. elog books, WebQuote systems etc\nCarrying out site inductions for new starters as and when required.\nManaging relationship with the client, supplier and team relations.\nAssisting in delivering small scale projects on behalf of the client.\nProviding / support day to day QHSE management on site.\nWorking alongside the client’s directly appointed H&S advisor to coordinate H&S requirements.\n \nExperience \n[Essential] \nMicrosoft IT Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\nPlanning and Coordination of PM and Reactive FM Tasks\n[Desirable] \nDelivery of wider facilities management services.\nCAFM experience\nBasic understanding of financial packages\n \nIf you are interested then please click the APPLY button now.\n \nPRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors. \n \nPlease note if you have not heard from us within 5 days, then your application has not been successful. \n \nPRS is an equal opportunities employer
