We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Manager to oversee our administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office/factory environment, while also managing various administrative tasks related to warehouse operations. This position requires a blend of administrative expertise and production knowledge, making it ideal for individuals who are adept at both office management and hands-on tasks.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office.
Manage inventory and supplies in the warehouse, ensuring all stock is not dropping below selling figures.
Coordinate with warehouse to get any jobs out into factory to be worked on.
Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational workflows.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and other essential documentation.
Despatching jobs from the system and booking courier collections daily.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using standard office software and equipment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
Checking all stock is leaving our factory's on time to meet deadlines.
Going through Production sheets weekly and keeping on top off all jobs.
Despatching jobs from the system and booking on for courier collection.
Keeping system updated daily and booking in any stock that comes in.
Going out to merchandise events with the team.
