Are you an experienced team leader? Or are you ready to take a step up? We have a fabulous opportunity for a Credit Administrator Team Leader to join Keyline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of 3 colleagues responsible for managing customer Proof of Delivery (POD) requests and liaising with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation.
* Escalation Point: Act as the primary point of contact for escalating unresolved POD issues with suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor team performance, track key metrics such as volumes of POD requests received and resolved, and average resolution time. Provide regular reports to management, highlighting team's effectiveness and areas for improvement.
* Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in resolving POD disputes and minimizing overdue disputed invoices.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Credit Controllers, the BPI team, Commercial and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless process and enhance overall customer experience.
* Impact: Ensure that low volumes of disputes impacting overdue.
Qualifications and Skills
* Leadership and Management Experience: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, preferably within a customer service environment.
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
* Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve team performance and resolve escalated issues.
* Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and ensure team members are meeting their targets.
* Proficiency in Relevant Systems: Google Sheets, Google Mail, online portals.
