Responsibilities:
* Lead business development initiatives aligned with IAG's strategy and goals.
* Continuously monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
* Identify and pursue potential business deals by reaching out to new prospects and exploring opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategic business plans that exceed sales and profitability targets.
* Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new prospects and clients.
Job Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in the Agricultural Industry.
* Knowledge of vertical farming, greenhouse herb and vegetable production, indoor cultivation, aquaponics, or related technologies. Practical experience with these technologies is highly beneficial.
* Established network of industry contacts.
* Strong entrepreneurial mindset with excellent business acumen.
* Adaptable, versatile, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
