The Role We are looking for a passionate Innovation and Transformation Executive to join our Technology team. You'll work closely with the Innovation & Transformation Manager and the Senior Business Applications Administrator to support our new technology process and assist the broader business in transforming operations through technology. This role focuses on our technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our business. Your day-to-day Drive technological innovation - you will explore emerging technologies and stay up to date on the latest market advancements to assess new tech opportunities Support digital transformation - you’ll assist internal teams in updating existing systems, ensuring streamlined processes and sustained operational efficiency Foster stakeholder collaboration - you will build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful deployment of technology solutions Process optimisation - you’ll contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like generative AI Provide project coordination - you will assist the innovation team in designing and managing projects to ensure smooth and timely delivery Deliver on documentation and reporting - you’ll document and communicate architecture patterns, best practices, and technical insights to promote consistency What we are looking for Background in a similar role - you have experience in technology consulting, management consulting, innovation or idea management Innovative mindset - you have proven experience in bridging the gap between technology and business needs within the sports industry Confident IT skills - you have experience in using Microsoft 365 Suite Excellent attention to detail - you've got exceptional administrative and organisational skills and you're able to operate at pace, without compromising on quality and accuracy Best-in-class communicator - you pride yourself on your exceptional stakeholder management skills and you tailor your tone and style as necessary Natural problem solver - you've got excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues and provide solutions Proactive and adaptable approach - you thrive in a high performance, dynamic and collaborative environment Why choose us At Arsenal, we want everyone to feel a sense of trust and belonging, so we are proud of both our club values and also what we offer to our employees.
