We are a team of 10 providing accountancy and bookkeeping services and our WHY? is putting the customer first, a trusted business partner using modern technology with clear expertise, systems and offering. We work with the best team and the best software being a 100% Xero and Dext accountancy practice.
Our customers are Self Employed, Micro Businesses or SMEs with turnovers ranging from a few thousand to a few million.
We aim high, our TNC recipes and quality checks delivered by a whole team in unison wanting our accounts and tax returns to be proactive & excellent but at the same time delivering the best personal customer experience too. We go out of our way to make each and every customer feel special at every touch point from the very first ‘thank you’ gif to remembering their birthdays.

Where you are likely to be at the moment

What you will be doing
* Delivering excellence - overall responsibility for your portfolio of clients ensuring every aspect of their bookkeeping, accounting and compliance is delivered to the TNC practice standards.
* Keeping customers happy - Looking after your allocated clients as the senior point of contact with regular calls, meetings, contact points and dealing with all accounts & tax related client questions.
* Giving good pro-active advice - Pre and post year end meetings with clients to guide clients in profit extraction in line with customer requirements and the TNC practice standards.
* Problem solving – connecting with client activities, solving client frustrations, bottlenecks by selecting apps and other systems to Xero.
* Supporting your team – share your knowledge with your team and nurture them, oversee clear rules and good quality bookkeeping will be delivered up to you.
* KPI Results driven – at the end of the day we let our clients know the right amount of tax to pay and when to pay it. Your reports are our KPI’s, make sure management accounts are issued, annual accounts and corp tax are delivered according to the TNC global schedule.
What we are looking for
* Likely to be chartered or part qualified and aiming for completion.
* Likely to have had hands on experience in running your own company or had industry placement experience.
* Ideally to have 12 months + experience producing accounts FRS105 and corporation tax for submission.
* Have a great client facing personality, nothing is too much trouble, take time to get to know and have a laugh with your clients.
* MUST be Xero Certified and used to connecting banks, payments, importing and integrations with the Xero ecosystem.
* Be a decision maker making reasonable choices to deliver results without putting the client at risk.
* Hardworking & reliable for your team.

* £30,000-£36,000 depending on experience and responsibility.
