History Teacher- Alcester, Warwickshire (B49) Hours- Full Time, Mon-Fri (term time only) Start date- ASAP Rate of Pay- To scale A passionate and confident teacher of History is sought for a full time position at one of our amazing partner schools in Alcester (B49.) You will be teaching History to KS3, KS4 and occasionally KS5. Ideally, we are seeking someone with a genuine passion for all things History, someone who can project this passion and inspire the next generation of students to share the same love. We are seeking someone who has the following: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Experience delivering History lessons within UK secondary schools - Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK national curriculum for humanities (History in particular) - Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills - Experience teaching children with special educational needs and the ability to engage all learners within a classroom, despite circumstances You will be joining a dynamic and supportive humanities department with dedicated History, Geography and Religious Studies teachers, all equally passionate about their subjects and teaching the next generation of pupils.
