Robert Half has partnered with a global brand seeking a Key Account Manager with a background partnering with FMCG or retail clients. This role can be based in Bristol or London. For the right candidate, this role offers:
£80,000 - £90,000 + 30% bonus + hybrid working (2-3 days a week)
Job Duties:
1. Provide gap analysis to stakeholders.
2. Deliver capability and training roadmaps to regions and markets.
3. Support the director with investment projects.
4. Evaluate and optimise trade terms to save or allocate funds effectively.
5. Lead workshops with key stakeholders.
6. Conduct market audits to gain a comprehensive understanding of market conditions.
7. Develop tools and strategies to increase revenue.
8. Work closely with directors to negotiate terms and conditions and build out contacts.
Requirements:
9. Degree level in a relevant field.
10. Senior commercial experience, including marketing, sales, insights, and category management.
11. Previous experience in FMCG, retail, or selling to those industries is a must
12. Experience presenting to key stakeholders.
13. Strong understanding of P&L and the ability to present data effectively.
