Join the team as a Sr. Commercial Training and Education Manager covering the UKI & Nordics region, which will help to shape the future of orthopaedic surgery and make a difference that truly matters.
Key responsibilities:
* Acting as mentor to the sales team, facilitating continuous learning and development.
* Setting the standards of governance for this coaching culture, developing coaching plans for RSMs.
* Deliver training to sales force; ensuring all sales staff are certified on knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to win.
* Joining sales force on field visits ensuring correct implementation of product and clinical competencies.
* Collaborating with the UK and Sales Manager to remedy gaps in performance.
* Working cross-functionally with broad group of business partners, working collaboratively to tackle complex business opportunities.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile:
* Significant experience selling, training or marketing in orthopaedics.
* Ideally adult learning or facilitation skills.
* Ideally train the trainer.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to find improvement initiatives.
* Working autonomously under ambitious conditions when solutions are not clear.
* Effective leading, motivating and achieving goals.
* Ability to drive, prioritise and implement tasks, whiles driving change and improvement in sales performances.
* Full valid driving licence.
* Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
