Sorrel, a Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant, is looking for a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our growing team. With eight consecutive years of Michelin recognition, we are expanding and seeking a skilled chef to help deliver outstanding dining experiences.
Owned by Roux Scholarship winner Steve Drake, Sorrel is known for its innovative, seasonal British cuisine. Our menus evolve constantly, creating an exciting and inspiring environment for chefs looking to develop their craft.
THE ROLE
As Chef de Partie, you will manage your own section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes meet the highest standards. Working closely with our experienced team, you will contribute to maintaining our Michelin-star status, bringing creativity, precision, and consistency to every plate.

* Experience in a Michelin-starred or similar high-end kitchen (preferred)
