This post will be based at Lincoln County Hospital, however, this is a Trust wide role so successful applicants will need the ability to work on all of our sites in Lincolnshire. You will work within the EUC team based at Lincoln, leading and supervising our team of technicians.
This post will report to the End User Compute (EUC) Delivery Team Leader as part of a team responsible for the delivery of new and replacement hardware and software to our customers to support new projects as well as business as usual requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in an ICT and/or governance discipline.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Experience of managing and leading teams.

Previous Experience
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Experience developing policies and/or processes.
* Experience working within an NHS ICT Environment.
* Experience managing and leading teams or departments.
Specific Requirements
* Confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
* Methodical approach to work, logical and numerate.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work.
* Flexible approach to work outside normal office hours, when and if the need arises.
