psd has recruited in the Living Sector for over 30 years. We work at a senior management and board level across Residential Development, PRS/Build-to-Rent, Affordable Housing, Later Living, and Student Accommodation. We now need to strengthen our team with the sourcing of an experienced recruitment consultant. It is not necessary that the successful candidate has worked in the real estate recruitment sector but it would be useful if they have.
The role:
The role will focus on a range of senior level positions, requiring the individual to develop senior level contacts at CEO and Managing Director level across the southern half of England and Wales. You will work closely with Peter Hardy, Managing Director, and an established and successful national Living Sector team. The blend of activity will include Executive Search assignments and senior level Contingency work.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
* Experience of delivering assignments at mid to senior level. Sector experience is an advantage, but not essential.
* Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.
