Salary – Up to £85,000 + Bonus

To support its growth, Edenred Payment Solutions (EPS) is seeking a Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer and working closely with all EPS teams.
We are seeking a talented and driven Finance Business Partner to join our team. The EPS Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department and the EPS General Manager by providing accurate and timely financial analysis, insights, and recommendations. Reporting to Prepay Technologies CFO, with a dotted line to EPS General Manager and shared service center head of FP&A, you will have a cross-functional role, collaborating closely with EPS management team, and contributing to the company's strategic decision-making process.
What you will be doing:
1. Financial Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the planning & forecasting processes for the EPS business and collaborate with EPS General Manager and other business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and analyze financial monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. Accountable for accuracy and integrity in financial models and reports.
2. Financial Business Review & Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasted targets. Prepare & present comprehensive variance analysis reports, highlighting key drivers of variances and providing insights to improve financial performance.
3. Commercial Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth commercial financial analysis of revenue, expenses, and profitability drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Evaluate financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure reports are accurate, timely, and provide actionable insights into business performance.
4. Strategic Decision Support: Assist in evaluating commercial business initiatives by conducting profitability analysis and scenario modeling. Provide decision support to senior management through data-driven recommendations.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments (Operations, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to provide financial insights, support cost optimization initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.
6. Cash Management: Close cooperation with the treasury manager to build accurate forecasts of revenues and Free Cash Flow. Involvement in cash collection follow-up and client prefunds follow-up.
7. Process Improvements and Project Management: Continuously assess and improve financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools. Utilize automation and data analytics to streamline reporting, improve accuracy, and enhance overall efficiency.
What you will bring:
1. Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent) with extensive experience ideally in a Business Partnering / FP&A role.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and provide actionable recommendations.
3. Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. Experience with financial management platforms (e.g. ERP systems, data visualization & planning tools).
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
