Our partnered schools offer hands:on training and a dedicated team of experienced staff to support you as you integrate into their community. In this term:time role, youll have the chance to explore your passion for education, supporting students aged 4:11 and contributing to their social, emotional, and academic development. If you have experience working with children or a background in caregiving, a teaching assistant position might be the perfect next step for you. This is a long:term contract role with full:time hours (8:30am to 3:30pm).

What Youll Do:
* Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children.
* Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain accurate records.
* Attend to childrens personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
* Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development.
* Support children 1:1 or in small groups to aid their learning.
* Be a positive role model for both students and staff.
What Youll Need:
* Experience working with children.
* A genuine passion for supporting childrens growth.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above.
* An enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you dont already have one).
* Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
* Patience to help pupils grasp lessons and engage with activities planned by the teacher.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not provided).
