MEP Project Manager (Clean Water, Steam, Compressed Air, Electrical, DATA & HVAC)
I am currently recruiting a MEP / Utilities Project Manager for a 20 month contract for a major manufacturing organisation spending over £50m in a factory refurbishment. As part of this, there will be a redesign and upgrade of the MEP / Site Services for a large factory in the Northwest.
The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:
1. Several feasibility and redesign of all Utilities / Site Services. This will include:
* Electrical (LV)
* Water (Clean and Waste)
* Steam
* Compressed Air
* Data
1. The will also be responsible for end to end project management of the design, procurement, installation, commissioning of these services. These are in a live environment, so there will be an element of re-routing and zoning whilst the work is done in phases.
2. As the PM, you will be managing cost control, budget and project management meetings with key stakeholders and ensuring all parties are kept abreast of any major developments to ensure a successful completion of the scope of works.
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong Project Management experience
* Experience in feasibility studies in the multi-pound value.
* Subject Matter expert in utilities used within a food, beverage, FMCG or pharmaceutical environment including (Clean Water, Waste Water, Effluent Treatment, Steam, Compressed Air and HVAC)
* Experience in Food, Beverage or pharmaceutical industry.
* HND, BTECH or Degree in relevant engineering qualification.
