We are seeking a Construction Recruitment Business Development Manager to join a growing and ambitious company.
Role
* To recruit skilled trades and labour to the industry.
* To generate and identify new business opportunities.
* To join a growing company with opportunities for future personal development.
* To meet and support both existing and potential clients.
* Quickly follow up on new leads and undertake some cold calling.
* To support and work with the existing business development team.
Skills
* Knowledge and experience of the construction industry.
* A track record of working in the labour services market and delivery of Construction T&L.
* Experienced in a sales-focused role within recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
* Experience in delivering recruitment services to Main/Sub-contractors.
* Strong track record of achieving sales targets, growth, and new business acquisition.
* A flexible attitude to roles and responsibilities.
* Be innovative in approach.
