What we expect from you:
* We are looking for a team player who can communicate well with others.
* Good knowledge of hotel maintenance.
* Passionate about the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of plant maintenance and Saeker is desirable.
* Minimum 2 year experience within hospitality industry in a relevant role is a must.
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will:
* Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
o Supervisor and manage the team
o Manage and monitor utilities to ensure effective and cost-efficient operation.
o Respond promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff (e.g. guest rooms, housekeeping equipment).
o Implement and maintain the hotels preventive maintenance programme (e.g. water testing, equipment checks, meter readings).
o Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, adopting safe working practices at all times.
o Carry out regular inspections to identify and anticipate maintenance needs.
o Schedule repairs during low occupancy periods where feasible.
o Maintain adequate stock levels of frequently used maintenance items.
o Log, track, and close maintenance issues using the Opera system.
o Deliver high-quality, budget-conscious maintenance work with minimal disruption.
o Keep work areas clean, safe, and inform relevant teams once systems are back online.
o Coordinate and supervise specialized contractor work as needed.
o Be available for emergency call-outs or support.
o Report product quality issues to the Manager on Duty.
o Ensure the hotel meets IHG fire, life, and safety standards.
