We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our fast-growing temporary site security company, specialising in construction site security solutions across Lancashire, Yorkshire, and the North East. Role Overview Position: Business Development Manager Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) Commission: OTE Year 1 – £40,000 (Generous commission and bonus package on all new contracts) Location: Lancashire and surrounding areas Vehicle Requirement: Own vehicle essential Experience: Security sector experience preferred Company Services Include: Temporary and permanent construction site CCTV (with or without power) Mobile patrols and fast response services Key holding services Open and lock-up services Static guards Security guard dog teams Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a 12-month business strategy to drive sales and market growth. Identify and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector. Utilise expert sales techniques to win new contracts and maintain client relationships. Work closely with existing teams and clients to strengthen partnerships. Promote and protect the company’s brand reputation while expanding market reach. What We Are Looking For: Proven track record in business development and sales within the security sector. Experience in winning new business and achieving sales targets. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to work independently with a self-motivated attitude. Sales training experience (desirable). Why Join Us?
