We are successful, independent waste management and recycling company that service the waste collection needs of schools, offices, hospitals and all types of business premises throughout London and the South-East and are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Administrator to join our Transport Team.
No previous experience in Transport is necessary as full training will be given but it is imperative that applicants are currently working in a Customer Services/Administrative role.
Responsibilities include -
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Answering calls and directing to the relevant department
• Answering customer queries regarding their collections
• Contacting customers should there be disruptions to their regular service
• Dealing with complaints in a quick and efficient manner
• Booking jobs on systems (Training given)
• Database management and data entry (Training Given)
• Data entry input for our services and collections (Training Given)
Job Requirements
• IT literate with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft based packages (Word/Excel/ Outlook).
• Good standard of general education including English language and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in dealing with customer complaints and queries.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good MS Office computer skills.
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• Excellent team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Ability to prioritise
• Reliability
• Confidence
A basic salary of up to £32,000 and a steady career path within an established company is on offer.

• Working hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
