We are seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team and help deliver the Sponsor's vision, translating the underpinning Christian values and moral purpose of the Academy into practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain effective relationships and communication with all staff at the base Academy, other Trust academies, and the Trust central team.
2. Promote the Trust's policies and procedures.
3. Develop a learning culture with high expectations in a safe and secure learning environment.
This role requires flexibility to work across multiple school sites within the academy trust as needed. The post holder must be willing and able to work at both St. Francis Catholic & C of E school and St. Blasius Academy locations. Duties may be split across the two sites based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
1. Relevant qualifications.
2. Ideally proven experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships.
