Essential qualifications and experience include:
* Proven experience in service excellence, cost planning, budgeting, and estimating.
* Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
* Understanding of project costs, timelines, and risk implications.
* Experience with different contract types and measurement methods.
* Knowledge of BIM, value engineering, life cycle costing, and contractual frameworks.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management; professional membership (MRICS/RICS or equivalent).
* Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
