An experienced Learning & Development Advisor is required to join a prestigious residential developer based in Surrey. You will collaborate with the trainee & development, HR, recruitment, and senior leadership teams to drive progression and knowledge throughout the business.
This Learning & Development Advisor will be responsible for:
1. Encouraging L&D throughout the business
2. Cultivating the L&D business model
3. Acquiring appropriate resources
4. Advising on career development processes, including career ladders
5. Providing relevant information and organizing any required funding for further education, training, and support
Additionally, you will provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and Line Managers with mentoring, performance development plans, and internal training.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience in a learning & development role, preferably within the construction industry
2. Experience sourcing reliable training & development material
3. A strong understanding of HR processes & GDPR
